2024 Annual Meeting Board Nominations
Palma Warner has been on the Allegent Board for many years, providing vast knowledge and experience. She was previously employed by the credit union and has served on the Supervisory Committee and Credit Committee, as well as serving as a liaison to the staff and Board during her tenure. Palma’s number one priority is ensuring excellent Member service.
Gerard Papariella has served on credit union Boards for 25 years, holding various Board Officer positions during his tenure. He has been an Allegent Board member since 2021. A long-time credit union member, Gerard taught mathematics in the Pittsburgh Public Schools for 34 years and retired from teaching in 2005.
George J. Gensure has served on credit union Boards for 24 years holding various Board Officer positions during his tenure. He has been an Allegent Board member since 2021. With a varied background in public education, George taught mathematics and computer science in the Pittsburgh Public Schools for over 30 years and was a representative of the Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers for 11 years prior to his retirement.
