In addition to all other information and documentation you provide to us to verify your identity, prevent fraud, process transactions, manage preferences, and comply with applicable law and terms and conditions, when using our Online & Mobile Banking Services, we collect personal information about you such as the IP address and device identifier you are using to access our Online & Mobile Banking Services to perform analytics to improve our products and services and to provide added verification of your identity as well as security to your account.

The National Credit Union Administration and federal and state law require that we retain personal information for a certain period of time based upon the type of information. SERVICE PROVIDERS

During the course of our normal business practices, your personal information and communications may be transferred to or maintained on servers or databases outside your state, province, or country. Please note regardless of where information is stored or located, even temporarily, unless contrary to applicable law, it is the intention of Allegent to follow the privacy and security polices, laws, and regulations required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America as well as best practices of federal credit unions of similar size. If you are accessing our Online & Mobile Banking Services from locations outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States, you expressly consent to transfer of and storage of your data within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, subject to applicable law.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) restricts the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information from and about children under the age of 13 on the internet and internet-based platforms. While our Online & Mobile Banking Services are not directed to or intended to be used by any children under the age of 13, we are committed to protecting the privacy of any child and therefore request that children under the age of 13 not be permitted to utilize our Online & Mobile Banking Services and not provide any personal information through our Online & Mobile Banking Services. As such, any children under the age of 13 that identify themselves as such will not be permitted to open any accounts or create a profile for Online & Mobile Banking Services. However, during the normal course of the child’s accessing our Online & Mobile Banking Services, non-personal information such as domain names, dates and times of visit, page views may be collected as a matter of policy. However, we do not knowing collect, use, or disclose any personal information of any kind or nature from children under 13 without any parent prior approval or consent.
