  • Any Personal Information Provided by a Government Entity


SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In past 12 months, we have not sold any Personal Information and WE DO NOT SELL ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.


RIGHTS UNDER THE ACT

All California residents have the following rights under the Act:

    - The categories of sources from which we collected this Personal Information
    - The commercial purpose for which we collected this Personal Information
    - The categories of your Personal Information we disclosed to third parties

  3. To be Free from any Illegal Discrimination for Exercising Your Rights under the Act.

  4. To Designate an Authorized Agent to make a request under the Act on your Behalf.
    We require a valid Power of Attorney, according to the laws of the state of its effectiveness and filing, in order to complete this process.

Please note that in some instances we may not be able to honor your request (such as where disclosure would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of another information or where the Personal Information maintained is not subject to the Act) or may require additional information, including Personal Information, from you to do so. If we cannot complete your request or require more information, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the reasons behind it and you are always free to contact us again to discuss it further.

Please note, we will not provide Social Security Numbers, government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, healthcare or medical identification numbers, account passwords or security questions and answers, or any specific pieces of Personal Information, if the disclosure presents the possibility of unauthorized access that could result in identity theft or fraud or unreasonable risk to data or systems and network security.
